France Bike Trips customer feedback charter

In a continual quest to improve our service and transparency, France Bike Trips has implemented a system to collect tour participants opinions and feedback, which are then published on the website (only if the participant agrees to publishing).

1. Customer satisfaction survey

Each person who has paid and participated in a tour, is invited to complete an online customer satisfaction survey via a hypertext link.

The main sections constitute a standard customer satisfaction survey and are intended for internal use only. The questionnaire enables us to measure the level of satisfaction of the tour services (accommodation, transport, guide…). This information remains confidential and is not shared with any third party.

2. Your opinion

The "Tour Feedback" section offers the opportunity to express an overall opinion, which will be published on our website. This overall opinion is complemented by a note (from 1 to 5).
Opinions are published on our website anonymously, and with your prior agreement. Only your first name and the first letter of your surname will appear (ex: Jerome D.). All opinions are published word for word, without any editing. However, all opinions are read before publishing in order to ensure they respect our editorial charter (see below). Any person having written an opinion that does not respect the charter will be informed of its non-publication and will be invited to write a new publishable opinion which will also be read before publishing.
The allotted note is not modifiable by France Bike Trips. The opinions are published and listed chronologically (most recent first).

 3. Editorial charter

France Bike Trips reserves the right to suspend the publication of an opinion in the following cases:

• text off topic, disrespectful, defamatory, including abusive or obscene language
• text naming members of the group or members of our team
• text including information or details of the private life of participants or members of our team
• text naming a local partner, a competitor or a brand.

France Bike Trips also reserves the right to formulate a response to the published opinion.
