Our superb north-south trip through the wild parts of Provence to Cassis on the Med SeaRef CY1W

There are corners of France that should be told with scents rather than words. Without doubt, this Provence Crossing, specially designed for EMTBs, takes us on a journey of discovery. Olive trees, thyme, rosemary and vines follow one another on this great north-south ride through Provence. We cross the Buech region, the Baronnies, the Luberon, then pass at the foot of the rocky citadel of Sainte Victoire. Our EMTBs take us happily up and down the hills of Provence, offering superb panoramic views of the Alps and the mythical Ventoux. With the Sainte Baume behind us, it only takes a few turns of the wheel to plunge our gaze into the azure waters of the Grande Bleue!

Fairly sporty and fit, mountain biking regularly at least half the year (once a week minimum).
Tour profile:
Distance: 35 to 55 km per day depending on the route profile. Altitude gain: 1500 metres maximum accumulated over the day.

Type of terrain:
Forest tracks and singletrack, alternating smooth (majority) and technical sections with "obstacles" (rocks, tree stumps, roots, etc.) that can be avoided, and steep singletrack.
Your technical ability:
You can control your bike speed and trajectory on moderately steep and technical singletrack.

Fit to very fit, mountain biking regularly throughout the year (once a week minimum), or practice another endurance sport during the off season.
